Fees charged by EPR schemes, producer responsibility organisations and authorities (e.g. EKO-KOM, NATUR-PACK, registration and recycling fees) are not included and are paid separately. Most frequent questions and answers
Do the prices cover a calendar year?
No. All prices cover 12 months from the date you sign the contract with bin2green, not a calendar year. Your service period starts on the day you sign, whenever that is.
When do I pay for the service?
You pay in advance. The fee for the 12-month service period is paid upfront when you sign the contract, before the registration process starts.
Do you offer discounts for larger volumes?
Yes. If you place more than 1 tonne of packaging, electronics or batteries on the market, or need compliance in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic, we can offer a discount. Contact us and we’ll prepare a custom quote.
Can I cancel the contract?
Yes. You can end the contract or partnership at any time with 30 days’ notice. Please note that fees already paid are non-refundable.
